(The Pool and/or Clubhouse may be reserved in advance for private parties at anytime during pool hours. Contact the board for details.)

Responsibility: Members are responsible for their guests and must accompany them at all times in the pool area.

Anyone not following the rules will be asked to leave.

Guests: Limit 4 per unit

Privileges: Any homeowner whose association dues are delinquent is NOT allowed in the pool area unless they reserve a private party.

Restrictions:

• No food within 8 feet of the water, and please clean up after your party

• No alcoholic beverages

• No persons under the influence of chemical or alcoholic substances

• No glass containers

• No smoking

• No pets, only service animals allowed

• No suntan oil, waterproof sunscreens only

• No diving

• No running, rowdiness, or excessive loud noise

• Swim diapers only

• No resident child under 16 years of age unless accompanied by an adult person 18 years of age or older

• Pool must be vacated immediately in the event of lightning or thunder

• Do not enter the clubhouse while wet

• Shower at home before entering pool

• No street clothes in the pool, proper swim attire only

• Unauthorized persons will be ejected from pool area
